Eligibility – Candidates who have passed H Sc. or examinations recognised as equivalent these to with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science put together are eligible.
- Direct second year B. Pharmacy course through Lateral entry for D. Pharm holders:- Should have aggregate of 50% marks in the first & Second year D. Pharmacy examination with a pass in H Sc or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) or Mathematics.
- SSLC certificate / Mark sheet
- Plus Two mark sheet
- Passport size Photo – 5, Stamp size photo – 5
- Transfer certificate & Conduct certificate.
- Migration certificate (students from out side Kerala)
- Copy of Adhar card
- Pharm Certificates, Pharmacy council Registration certificate (for lateral entry students.
